Easy Process
Creating a brand and a website can feel like an intimidating task or a chore when you'd rather focus on building your business and do the things that you love doing.
During our Discovery Session, I'll collect all the information I need to build your authentic brand. You can leave the rest of the work to me, sit back, relax or work hard on all the amazing things you got into business for.

In our Discovery phase, I immerse myself in your vision, take all your impressions, hunches and ideas and whip it into the brand of your dreams.

First Contact
Get in touch by email or book a call with an outline of the services you’re interested in. We'll then have a chat to discuss your objectives, before sending a proposed scope of work and an estimated fee.

Client Discovery
In order for us to create brilliantly effective work, I need to get to know you, your business and your short and long term objectives. This immersive process helps me see the world how you see it.

Brief & Research
Once I've got to know you I’ll be able to work out what powers your brand. It’s the soul of who you are as a business and it drives everything you do. It sets you apart from your competitors.

Project Work
During the process you can expect progress reports with opportunities for feedback and changes along the way with chances to pause for a catch-up to make sure we’re on the same page.

Project Completion
Once the work has been completed we’ll have a project summary catchup. This means I'll have a chat with you to find out how I did, how you found working with me and to ensure you understand how to access and use your files and/or website.

Aftercare
I love cultivating long-term partnership as the best work is borne out of strong relationships. I offer discounts for repeat work, I have a referral scheme that you can benefit from and I also offer excellent retainer contracts at reduced rates.

What kind of businesses do you work with?
During my career in marketing and branding I’ve worked with all sorts of businesses. I love variety and find it exciting to research and understand different markets and audiences. I’ve worked with corporate businesses and solopreneursand I offer different package to suit all organisations at various stages on their entrepreneurial journey. I love working with purpose-driven individuals and story-driven exciting ventures!
What’s the best way to get started with my branding?
Branding that works should reflect on your values authentically - why you got into business, who you seek to serve, how you wish to make positive changes that are impactful. To create authentic and meaningful branding for your business, you will need to do some housework. I will provide you with a questionnaire that takes you on the journey of professional self-discovery. You already have your answers - you just need to put them down on paper.
I need a logo and I already know exactly what I want it to look like. I just need someone to make it. Will you help?
In this case you are the designer, and you simply need a technician who can execute your idea using computer software. I bring strategic thinking as well as execution to a project, and that’s more than you’re looking. I’m probably not the right fit for you.
How can I be sure I’ll like what you design?
At the start of your branding project, we’ll discuss your goals and establish a creative brief. This will set parameters and guide the design process. Since you’re involved in setting those parameters, you can be confident your brand identity will be something you love.
We’re not in the same city (or country even). Can we still work together?
Absolutely. 95% of my clients are not local, so I’m adept at managing projects long distance. I’ll send PDF proofs, samples or recorded video presentations by email, we can talk on the phone, chat over video on Google Hangouts or Zoom or any combination of those. No sweat.
Do you do copy writing?
I can help you with naming, taglines, mission statements, or other short messaging for your brand. But when it comes to lengthy copy for editorial guidelines, presentations, brochure, or websites, that’s not a service I provide. I can refer you to writers I know.
